Where do you ship from?

Southern California- most domestic orders should get to you in about 3 to 4 days. We ship your order the day it comes in if its before noon PST and the next day, if its after noon PST.

How long have you guys been open?

We first started in April of 2023.

What's the refund policy?

Your satisfaction is the most important to us. If you're not happy with your band, you have 30 days to send it back to us for a refund. There are more details on the refund policy page.

Why don't the 4.0s come with a U shaped bracket?

Our logic when we rolled them out was that most users were getting a black band with their 4.0 so they could easily take the U shaped bracket from their original and swap it out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. You can choose a standard or expedited option. Both will be with tracking.
