Does the battery charge the device when using the Fresh Strap?

Yes, it'll charge with both the wrist and bicep bands as shown in the videos below. To troubleshoot, try flipping the battery around and then slide it on again. Additionally, make sure your battery's firmware is up to date.

How long does shipping take in the US?

It should be to you in 3 to 4 days. Your order will be fulfilled the day you place it. 

You all don't have a color I would like, can you do custom?

Please let us know the specific color you'd like and we will try and make it happen. New colors will be released periodically based on popular demand.

The Fresh Strap isn't working for me, what am I doing wrong?

Please note that as stated in the listing, the U Shaped bracket's bar isn't going to pop into the hook but it'll remain secure when closed. Please refer to the How it Works page and view the video to learn how to put it on. Do not use pliers to crimp the hook, this will destroy it and render it useless.

 

The Fresh Strap's device attachment is too loose, how can I fix it?

If the sliding attachment is looser than to your liking, you can pinch it ever so slightly with your fingers to tighten it.

 

What's included with the Fresh Strap?

The Fresh Strap comes with the band and the device attachment, the device and U shaped bracket are not included. Please note that the hook and device attachment are black on all bands.

 

What are the best practices for maintaining my Fresh Strap?

The Fresh Strap is fairly durable, the only suggestions we have are: 

1) Do not wash them in the washer and dryer

2) Do not take it on/off like a rubber band, open it up and take it on/off properly.

3) Adjust the strap by pulling it through the attachment vertically, rather than away from the device. As shown below, this is to prevent you from snapping the attachment.
